Hey there. My name is Nick and welcome to my Lean Hybrid Muscle blog. I used to be in the army and even with all the army training, I was never able to get the ripped body I’ve always wanted. I tried all sort of weird workouts and diets but none of them really worked – Ha! No wonder they call them fad diet and programs. Now I know why!

However, Lean Hybrid Muscle is the real deal. I’ve learnt a great deal about proper nutrition and workout from this program and some unique strategies to shift your muscle type so that it uses body fat as your fuel. This way you’ll develop big and lean muscles while burning fat at the same time. Anyway, I’ve covered more details on the main sections of my blog.
