Hi there. I thought I’d share with you my before and after lean hybrid muscles results below. Don’t laugh at my pictures though. I’m not exactly the most photogenic guy in the world. As you can see when I was still in the army even with all the army training and supplements I took, I still looked relatively flabby and didn’t achieve those dense ripped muscles I’ve always wanted.
